When is the order deadline?
Orders are due by Thursday at midnight for Sunday pickup/delivery.
How do I place an order?
Via the website by adding meals to cart and checking out.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Only before the Thursday midnight cutoff.
Pickup & Delivery
When are meals ready for pickup?
The earliest pickup time is 10:00 AM on Sunday. If you can’t make it Sunday, you can pick up the next day instead.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes depending on the service area. Reference the locations page for more information.
What if I miss my pickup time?
We will store them in our refrigerators.
Meals, Nutrition & Storage
Do you use seed oils or preservatives?
No. We don’t use seed oils or preservatives in our meals.
Are the meals fresh or frozen?
Made fresh on Saturday and ready Sunday.
How long do meals last in the fridge?
Typically 5 days
Do you provide macros or nutrition info?
Yes. The macros are displayed in the description of each meal.
How do I reheat the meals?
By following the microwave/oven heating instruction on the container.
Grab & Go In-Store
Do you offer grab-and-go meals in-store?
Yes - our fridges are fully stocked throughout the week.
Are grab-and-go options the same as online menu?
Yes they are.
Can I reserve grab-and-go meals?
Not at the moment. Call ahead to make sure we have the meal in stock.
