 Benefit Meals is a local healthy meal prep company based in St Peters MO. We take pride in offering a wide variety of affordable and fresh dishes delivered straight to your home every Sunday afternoon as well as an online pick up option with no minimum as early as Sundays from 10am-4pm. 

 With over 50 different dishes to choose from, you have complete control over your meal selection. There are no sign-up costs or subscriptions required. You can order as much or as little as you'd like each week, depending on your preferences and meal plan. However, please note that there is a minimum order requirement of 5 meals for delivery. 

To ensure timely delivery, please submit your order no later than 11:59pm every Friday. Our culinary team will then prepare and cook your meals over the weekend. Your order will be delivered straight to your doorstep each Sunday or you can pick them up at our store.
