Microwave Instructions:
Open lid to vent. Microwave for 2 minutes and 30 seconds or until heated through.

Oven Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325°F to 350°F. Transfer meal to an oven safe dish. Heat for 15 minutes or until warmed through.

NOTE: If meal contains a side of sauce, simply remove from container before heating.
